A Wedding or Commitment Ceremony is one of the most important days of your life and it is my job to make sure that you have the ceremony you want.

You can select a ready made ceremony from my extensive collection or I can tailor an indivdual ceremony to reflect your unique personalities. Or perhaps you would like to write your own and just need a little guidance?

How Much?

Standard fee for a Tailor Made wedding is $620

What does this include?   

• Two appointments/consultations and one rehearsal (if needed) 

• Unlimited email/telephone advice and consultation  

• Legal paperwork preparation and typing  

• Travel to and from ceremony venue (additional expense may incur for more than 100km round trip)  

• Ceremony guide (which includes vows, readings and ceremony samples for you to select from)  

• Personally written ceremony with vows of your choice  

• Officiating at Ceremony  

• Printed ceremony wording and Marriage Certifcate  

• Completion of all required legal paperwork and registration of marriage  

• Use of professional PA system  

• Table and cloth for signing of register (if required)  

• Supply of candle and holder for candle ceremony (if selected) and bubbles for children  

• Assistance with Immigration letter (if spouse applying to come to Australia)  

• Advice with other aspects of the day where needed (especially for overseas couples)

Budget Option  

For couples who would prefer a simple Pre-written "no fuss" type wedding, I have a choice of two beautiful heartfelt ceremonies. You are still free to write your own vows.  Fee is $485

Legal Obligations for Marrying in Australia (the boring stuff)  

• In Australia, instead of a Marriage Licence we have a Notice of Intended Marriage Form. Before you may marry, the law requires that you sign and lodge with a celebrant the Notice of Intended Marriage form one calendar month and one day prior to the wedding.

• You must be over 18 years of age to marry in Australia.

• Prior to the day of marriage, if you are Australian born you must show your birth certificate. If born outside Australia you are required to show your birth certificate or passport from your country of birth.

• If either of you have previously been married you will have to produce your Divorce Papers and/or if either of your spouses are deceased, you must produce the Death Certificate.

• On the day of your marriage you must have two witnesses over the age of 18.  

No need to panic.

I will handle all the paperwork for you and guide you through the process.

For Overseas Couples

The Blue Mountains is indeed a truly spectacular location for an Australian wedding. There are many breathtaking sites perfect for your special day. I will assist in arrangements to secure a site for you. 

Non-citizens and non-residents of Australia are allowed to be married in Australia provided the required Notice of Intended Marriage is lodged with me within the required time frame. It must be signed and witnessed by an Australian Diplomatic Officer, Australian Consular Officer, employee of the Commonwealth or Australian Trade Office or a Notary Public.
